(RMDA).

General RDS Business Model:
A traditional RDS contracts with local restaurants to deliver prepared meals to customers. The RDS typically prepares and distributes a menu guide containing the contracted restaurants, and will then take the customer’s meal order over the phone or internet.

The RDS will then fax the order to the restaurant, and have a driver pick up the prepared meal and deliver it to the customer. The driver will then collect payment for the meal from the customer, and return it to the RDS at the end of his/her shift. The RDS then pays the restaurant for the ordered meals at the end of the agreed upon payment schedule, (typically every 2 weeks).

How Does the RDS make Money?:

There are typically three primary methods an RDS makes money, all used in conjunction with each other.

Obtaining the food product from the Restaurant at a discounted price (also called a commission).

Charging a delivery fee to the customer.

Charging the Restaurant a monthly marketing fee.

Each market is different with their pricing structures, but here is a quick example. The RDS owner may decide to contract with a local restaurant in order to deliver prepared meals to local customers. The $10 hamburger sold by the restaurant to the general public is sold to the RDS at a discounted price of $7.00 in effect getting the RDS $3.00 revenue from the sale of the restaurants food. This normally represents a 40% profit increase to restaurant partners for every dollar sold through a RDS.

The RDS will then charge a delivery fee for the service of delivering the food to the customer, to pay for drivers.

The RDS will also charge the Restaurant a monthly marketing fee in exchange for placing their menus in your published menu guides. UGottaEat.com waives the monthly marketing fee if the restaurant does less than $250 in sales a week through our service.

Financial models vary slightly from RDS to RDS, and from market to market, generally the commission made from the food sales and the charge for marketing fees go to the RDS, while the revenue generated by the delivery fees and tips go to pay drivers.

Well What Benefit Does the Restaurant Get?
We're glad you asked! We did mention that RDS's have been operating nationwide for the past 20 - 30 years and UGottaEat.com has been serving Valley restaurants for nearly three years so there must be some benefit... right? With numbers like those a single locale restaurant owner may feel there's no hope right? Wrong!

Instead of waiting for the economy to "get better", it's time to realize that what you're experiencing is the new normal and if you want your restaurant to make it to the new year, it's time to adapt. Here are 5 ways your restaurant can make the second half of 2010 yours:

1. Drop The Ego!:
I hear the same thing over and over from restaurant owners. They brag about how they make the best this and that in town, how they use only the finest ingredients, while also touting that they're the cheapest. They see this as their marketing strategy! Fact is having the "best food" by itself is not a viable marketing strategy. McDonald's does not make the best hamburger but, you don't see them struggling to get a customer in the door do you? Look for new means and venues to get your message out there and don't be afraid of change. Sure some ego is required to be a business owner but, don't let your ego get in the way of your success!

2. Don't Try and Please Everyone!:
Stop trying to be everything to everyone and zero in on your two to three top products and/or services and be the best in that category. Many times in order to bring revenue through the door restaurant owners make the mistake of trying to be everything, which in turn makes you a nothing. Since you don't have a specialty then nothing ever sticks with your customers. Find out what you're best at, enjoy doing and stick to it. Once you establish a name for yourself in your specialty then broaden your horizons.

3. Create A Catering Menu:

If you don't have a catering menu for your restaurant you are missing out on a very lucrative piece of business. Catering menu's allow your patrons to order your food in bulk for their corporate and social events. If you're thinking, "My customers already know that we can offer catering for them.", even though you don't have a catering menu or advertise it.... well then, here's the link to craigslist where you can post your restaurant for sell in advance.

4. Create Multiple Mouthpieces!:

More than likely you weren't ridiculously loaded when you started your restaurant. So assuming the previous statement is true we're also going to assume you don't have the funds to flood the TV, radio, newspaper, etc. with ads for your restaurant. Now then how do we get the word out about your restaurant? This right here requires a bit of thinking and leg work on your part.

You need to find strategic alliances with other businesses who can either use your product/services or they have a product/service that adds value to what you already offer customers. Also consider referral programs or ways to incentivize customers to recommend you to their friends, family and colleagues. And the thing is you need to constantly be creating mouthpieces. You're competing with lots of other businesses for the attention of your customer, talk louder!

5. Connect With Your Customer!:

Sorry, just having a decent lasagna at a decent price isn't enough to keep your customers coming in the door. You need to take the time and really connect with your customers. Send them a thank you card with a discount off of their next visit. Customer mentions that they'll be celebrating a birthday in a week or two? Prepare a quick birthday card and let them know you're listening. Nowadays it takes more than just doing your job to retain customers, figure out a way to set yourself apart from the competition and really let customers know that their business is appreciated.

Hope this helps your restaurant or general business make a bigger splash in the second half of 2010. If you own a restaurant or catering company in the Youngstown - Warren, OH metro area don't forget to give UGottaEat.com a call at 330 743 8135 to see how we can put our resources to work for your establishment and bring in additional sales. You can read the original article here.

All the Best,

Derek Caffe
CEO/ Founder
U Gotta Eat
35 S. Relationships in which you are not valued are toxic to not only you but, also the other party.

I must admit there are several occasions I've known where our services weren't valued and it wound up being an unpleasant experience for UGottaEat.com and the consumer. At UGottaEat.com we strive to provide you with reliable and remarkable service every time. Here's a quick rundown of who we are not, so you can determine if we are right for you!:

UGottaEat.com is not Meals On Wheels:
We are not targeted towards the senior market. Sorry grandma and grandpa. UGottaEat.com is for busy professionals who need speedy & efficient catering or individual meal delivery to their place of work with a generous heaping of great customer service to make you look good.

UGottaEat.com is not the cheapest:
We've gotten calls where people want us to do the delivery for free or for $1.50 because someone else does delivery for that price. I'll be the first to tell you, "Sorry bub, ain't happening!" All UGottaEat.com drivers are independent drivers who use their own vehicles and gas. They rely on your service fee and tip to cover vehicle maintenance and gas costs incurred while getting your food to you hot and fresh.

After all you know the saying, "You get what you pay for!". We provide outstanding service at a reasonable price. We're in a league of our own which is why we regularly provide catering delivery for local businesses such as V&M Star, Cohen & Co. MYCAP, Turning Technologies and many more. You should trust us too!

UGottaEat.com is not new!:
This one's more for any potential restaurants who maybe glancing our blog. UGottaEat.com has been operating for, at the time of this blog post, over two and a half years! We're moving out of our spring chicken era and think it's bout time you sat down with us and see why such reputable restaurants such as Station Square, Kravitz Deli, Subway, Quaker Steak & Lube and more have stayed with us.

We have based our business model on successful catering and food delivery services nationwide and are the best at what we do, period! Stop trying to hire cheap and crappy delivery services who say they can do your delivery and only manage to piss off you and your customers. UGottaEat.com is here and definitely willing to talk with you.

With that off my shoulders, I'd like to wrap things up. When you work with people who don't value or rather understand your value than you wind up spending valuable time putting out unnecessary fires and taking time from the people who do value and need your time. Don't waste your time and happiness or the other person's. Just say no and walk away. If you're not appreciated then pack up and move on because there is always someone who will. Any experiences of your own? Comment below! I wish you much success in both business and love.

All the Best,

Derek Caffe
CEO/ Founder
U Gotta Eat: Catering & Delivery
www.UGottaEat.com
330 743 8135

My Purpose in Life

As I type this it is 1:48am on a Sunday night (scratch that it's Monday now). I should be sleep right now or ... at least I think I should be sleep. The thing is I can't sleep. Know why? Because I love business and more importantly I love my business. I love the people I meet, the places I go and the problems my business helps solve in customers life. I love it all!

Tomorrow I have meetings with 3, count that 3 restaurants. And not just any restaurant but, restaurants that can take U Gotta Eat to a new plateau as far as notoriety and span of services. I'm excited, and I should be. Thing is when you're a small business owner you can't shut it off. You can't shut off being a small business owner and thinking about business (more importantly your business) 24/7. Which is why I couldn't sleep, I'm too pumped full of "business" adrenaline to sleep!

I wanted to go to sleep, I really did but, I kept thinking about my presentation, talking points, hiring staff, possibilities, partnerships, the future! This is why I love what I do. It's never boring and each day (some more than others) I have trouble sleeping because, like Christmas Eve as a kid, I'm so anxious over the possibilities of the day ahead. What crazy surprises will life throw my way today?

In my head the world looks vastly different from what it is today. It's better. And I'm a part of that better through the work I do with a company I started to solve a simple problem. A solution to lack of time. A solution to lack of mobility. A solution to lack of...

I did this or rather I'm doing this all from an idea that popped into my head. An idea. Something that we all have, an idea. And because of this idea I will be able to help others, near and far. Because of this idea I will be able to provide someone the means to put food on the table for their family by working for my company. Because of this idea I will be the one to solve the economic crisis. But alone? No. With a team

And I just wanted to share my thoughts with you, because when you find true happiness you want to share it with others so they can experience the joy you have found. I have found that joy and purpose of my life through my work serving others. Working toward something that's larger than myself with people I enjoy spending time with. Being the dreamer who questions the present and asks, "Just what if..."

Our Mission: "Reliable and remarkable delivery every time!"

All the Best,

Derek Caffe
CEO/ Founder
U Gotta Eat
35 S. So we very quickly introduced our services to him (since this was his first time and wasn't quite familiar with what we do) and got down to helping our friend out.

His wife needed a chicken salad with fries and mozzarella cheese on top. Our experienced Customer Service Rep jumped into action choosing all restaurants who have chicken salads, then whittling it down to chicken salads with mozzarella. But... no chicken salad topped with mozzarella cheese and fries! So our Customer Service Rep came up with just ordering a separate order of fries along with the salad and having the restaurant place them on it. BINGO!! (This took all of 3 - 5 minutes!)

Then we run into the problem of no clear address, he knew where it was approximately at but didn't know the exact street number. No problem for U Gotta Eat. Our experienced delivery driver was able to find it in record time.

Within 30 minutes his wife had her salad and raved to the other nurses how great her husband was. The other nurses had never heard of the service and wished their husbands were that considerate (we handed out menu guides fellas so it's not too late). Her husband absolutely raved about how great U Gotta Eat and the customer service was and said he was going to let everyone know about it. And everybody's happy!

Hey, at U Gotta Eat it's just part of our mission: "Reliable and remarkable service every time!"

All the Best,

Derek Caffe
CEO/ Founder
U Gotta Eat
35 S. Qurble.com which originally began as U Gotta Eat has been in operation for a year and a half. We've been fighting since day one to build this company as most consumers began cutting back on eating out. See the thing is we don't have anything to compare our experience in business to besides the current business climate which for the restaurant industry in general ain't that good. We know the area is facing between a 15 - 17% unemployment rate, the highest in the state. And that the entire country, is reeling from the current economic situation but, at the end of the day you still wonder... is it just me?

The true answer we've learned from this is no and yes. When first starting there would be days when absolutely no one would call in an order. NO ONE!! Those were long and daunting days. Imagine waiting by a phone for 12 + hours of the day for nothing. Pretty demoralizing but, you can either give up or find out what the heck you're doing wrong and change it. The reason I mention this is because the reason no one called is because no one knew we existed! The fact is there are a lot of restaurants whos sales are down so no it's not just us but,... there goes that lovely word "but", what we noticed is that even though people may be eating out less often they haven't stopped eating out completely. And what places are consumers going to eat at? Restaurants that have the most notoriety or most familiarity, namely the Olive Garden's, Outback Steakhouse and Chili's of the world.

So what have we learned from this? In tough times people don't stop spending completely they just go for what's the most dominant in their minds. Mention Chili's for lunch with a group of people and almost everyone will know what Chili's is and know that if they spend money there they most likely won't be disappointed. Where as, mention you're local mom and pop shop, with some exception, and there is a more than likely a slight pause. The difference is marketing! We are constantly hearing about deals from big chains like Applebee's, Chili's, etc. who may or may not have deeper pockets to stay afloat (sorry Krispy Kreme) so it's only natural when looking for a place to eat that these businesses get a majority of the pie.

So what have we here at Qurble.com learned: Market, Market, Market and then when done Market some more. The secret to financial success in the worst of times is just market your goods and services.

Best Regards,

Derek Caffe
Chief Executive Officer
Qurble.com
330-743-8135

Why do you try to break me life!?

Well today was a day like any other, life tried to make me say uncle with yet another little setback. I'm doing some work on my laptop (making Qurble.com even greater for you) and I notice that the battery is pretty low. Now under any other circumstance this would garner no special attention except... for the fact that it's plugged up to the AC adapter! So from here I see that the little status light on the adapter is out and began to repeatedly plug the adapter in and out of the wall outlet and laptop to see if it was just a bad connection. No luck. What's next? Well I decided to do what a lot of people do when they're pretty sure an appliance has reached the end of its useful life and have nothing to lose... I beat the heck out of it. I began to smash it against anything within my line of sight to try to get the dang thing to work... the floor... my fist... a hammer... the refrigerator... countertop... but, to no avail.

So once I came to the realization that I'm going to have to replace it I had to think quick because the remaining battery life is at about 38% and going. Having access to the internet is kind of imperative for an internet based company so the idea of not having it is not an option. Immediately I hop over to Google to find a replacement and they're relatively cheap, $20 - 40 but... they won't arrive for about a week!! And I could have just paid for priority shipping but that boosted up the price substantially and I would still be without a way to the information superhighway for about a day or possibly two. To Best Buy we go for a huge shock, sticker price, $104 before tax! That's $110.76 after tax... FOR A CHARGER!! I only paid $500 for the whole laptop package a year and a half ago. So that means 20% of the purchase price was just for the dang CHARGER! I don't have that type of money because I don't make that type of money. WHY!!!

Because going without it is not an option I'm willing to take I then head to Walmart where I find it for $96.08 after tax. Well at least it was cheaper than Best Buy. I purchased it and now my relationship with the internet is stronger than ever. lol. Life continually tries to break me but, not this day or any other. ME: 1 - LIFE: 0

Best Regards,

Derek Caffe
Chief Executive Officer
Qurble.com
http://www.Qurble.com

New season, a lot wiser.

Running a business is nothing I believe you can prepare for in a classroom environment. As of October 20, 2009, we will have been in operations for a year and a half. Wow, what a ride. I often say to myself, "Can I ever catch a break?" Born in Youngstown, OH in January 1983 I, along with other staff members, never got to see the heyday of the city or rather the good times. Our orientation to the city was that of vacant buildings, drugs, violence, murder and an overall sense of hopelessness. And then, (for me) 25 years later I start a company and lo and behold... worst economy in decades. Geez. As Kurtis Blow once, so famously stated, "Those are the breaks!"

Well, you can do one of two things:
1. Sit there, complain and take it.
2. Get proactive and do something to change your fortunes

If you haven't figured out which of the options we're taking, the fact that our company is still existing in the worst economy in decades should give you a hint. We've been looking to expand and figuring out ways to better meet our customers needs and increase revenues. If you have any suggestions on how we can provide a better service, please let us know.

We want to do everything humanly possible to serve our customers but need to have the necessary sales to support our operations. If you like the service we provide and want more of it or just like what we stand for, a group of young, local entrepreneurs trying to add to the local economic firepower then please help us do this by supporting us with your dollars. Not only do you support us but also the local restaurant industry at the same time. And with your investment we will make it grow ten fold into a company that not only provides a great service, but generates tax revenue for local government programs, creates local jobs for web developers, software developers, marketing and sales representatives, etc. and is a beacon of hope for a generations of disenfranchised youth that yes, you can actually succeed, even in Youngstown, OH.

Best Regards,

Derek Caffe
Chief Executive Officer
Qurble.com
http://www.Qurble.com

Tabs on Us!

Thanks for viewing,

It's official starting August 5th Qurble.com will be picking up the tab on all delivery and take-out orders placed online through Qurble.com. Just place your order online and all you have to do is pay for your food with cash or credit. Before you place your order online please view our video tutorial on the "How it Works" page of the website. Once you place your order and hit checkout you cannot hit the back button on your internet browser to make corrections. You must use the "go back" or "change order selections" link on the page. Your order will get screwed up and we don't want that. Other than that it is as simple as apple pie.

Qurble.com is on Facebook and Twitter also, the links to each our listed respectively: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Youngstown-OH/Qurblecom/114898126878?ref=ts & http://twitter.com/QURBLE. Thanks for visiting the blog of Qurble.com

Well I've been thinking about this for a while now. When we first started Qurble.com, (originally U Gotta Eat) like a lot of small businesses we figured it our job to tell anyone who would listen, about our company. After all everyone's gotta eat. But by trying to make such a large area aware to our services we have in the process become a "nomad business" getting sales here and there without a real customer base to call home. We never established a core concentration of customers because our marketing efforts were spread so thin that no one really could absorb what it is we do. So it got me to thinking. Can shrinking the scope and efforts of Qurble.com to one concentrated community actually produce greater results than a larger net?

This whole small business realm is very much unexplored territory for me, as I'm sure for many in business it is also. The concept of shrinking to become larger doesn't make 100% sense to me but, as I've learned in Youngstown, "If it doesn't make sense, you're probably on the right track." Beginning in August, Qurble.com will begin shrinking its services. Don't worry it's to make us a better and hopefully a little more fruitful company. Here's some of the proposed changes we'll be implementing:

1. Smaller delivery zones - Qurble.com will be breaking down its delivery area into smaller delivery zones. This will help us dramatically lower both the service fee and the delivery times.

2. Focusing on YSU/Downtown Youngstown - Since our headquarters is based right in the heart of Youngstown we've decided to focus all efforts on our closest community.

3. Land Cruisers - Since we'll be focusing on smaller delivery zones especially in the YSU/ downtown Youngstown arena we're considering establishing a fleet of bike and foot couriers available for speedy delivery. Don't get me wrong, I see the benefits of having your business on facebook, twitter and having your own blog but, if you don't understand it what's the point? We aren't in Kansas anymore Toto! Well in order for Qurble.com to keep up on its social media p's and q's I've decided to change the direction of our blog. Well, to be quite honest there really was no true focus previously, I was just trying to figure out the purpose of all this stuff. Ok, a blog is an online journal? Correct. What exactly do you talk about? Whatever you want to. Really? Really. Here in lies the problem and opportunity.

I've seen business blogs that are strictly business focused and those where business owners will talk about their recent trip to Walmart with their daughter. The spectrum is so wide and as a business owner you don't want to make a mistake and have the blog hurt your business but, there is no steadfast rule. We are living in the social media Wild Wild West where entrepreneurs can become the stuff of legends or watch their flames get snuffed out. Truthfully I don't understand the importance of Twitter when there' s Facebook where you can do the same thing AND meet new friends while keeping up with old ones. I guess the old saying is true, "If you build it, they will come." Question is, "Now that we've come, what to do?"

Instead of look at it as a problem, an opportunity is what I see. I figured my niche was to show the perspective of a 20 something full time business owner building a tech company and industry out of the remains of a proud post industrial economy. And also to bring about awareness to a younger generation of people that no matter your age there are business opportunities all around you to take advantage of.

So what is this all about for me? Put simply it's about: A Guy, A Business and A Blog and their journey down the entrepreneurial highway.

Hope to see you back soon.

Best Regards,

Derek Caffe

Chief Executive Officer

Qurble.com

http://www.Qurble.com

"To Infinite, and Beyonce". I mean "Beyond."

Ever wake up and feel just excited about your day? Although that particular day may have no special event planned later on in it you're genuinely enamored with the possibilities of the day. Well that's the way I would wish for you to feel in this city of Youngstown or where ever you happen to be in this world. Imagine the effect it would have on your environment if we only looked at the world and expected nothing less than an absolute thrill ride everyday. Well the change first start within you. There is a quote that I remember from a sign in Y.S.U.'s food court that states "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." I take that sign to heart, as long as I live in an area I must live my vision in it. Screw the traditions and business as usual, especially if business as usual as has produced the perpetual economic slump this city has been in since the early 70's. The 70's people!! That's nearly forty years of not getting it right!

So what's the answer?... CHANGE!

Try something... anything. If it doesn't make sense then you're probably on the right track. If there is resistance than keep going. If there "isn't" any resistance then that indicates people are comfortable which translates to same old, same old and we see where that' s gotten us. So go out be a trailblazer and disrupt business as usual. In the short term you'll be looked at as crazy and doomed to failed by both enemies and friends but... the key is "Perseverance!" And soon that crazy person will be the modern day pioneer, the stuff of legends. So what you're not a business owner or the leader of the pack you can inspire those around you.

Here @ Qurble.com we've been in the process of doing just that trying to "Shock the System". No more business as usual. We see Youngstown in a different light than most, and in order for our vision to come to light, "We must be that change!" Qurble is getting ready to expand and will be seeking the support of all the people who are sick of business as usual and seek change. We wish to live in a city where everyday provides new and wondrous possibilities. A world where people can't wait for someone to ask them how their day is because of all the ventures and plans in the works. A world where diversity is allowed to thrive and everyone no matter their interests has a group of friends to share those interests.

A world of openess and learning.

Qurble is our venue for that change. So the next time someone ask what does Qurble mean, stand for or represent. You'll know the answer: "Possibility!"

Til the next Blog,

Derek Caffe
Chief Executive Officer
Qurble.com
http://www.Qurble.com

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://qurble.blogspot.com/2009/06/to-infinite-and-beyonce-i-mean-beyond.html' title='"To Infinite, and Beyonce". Now being a male a lot of people reading would kind of do a double take and think, "And you were there because?". Well the truth is it was a fantastic event and I got the chance to meet some very talented, motivated and.. I'll admit it beautiful women. The panelist were very insightful and just plain motivating for any entrepreneur or career oriented individual yet the prescense of men was almost non existent. Now some would say, "Duh!". Yet my reply would be what's the difference between a man in business and a woman in business. There truthfully is no difference, business is both challenging and demanding whether a man or woman. The only difference is the mental barriers that lie within the minds of each of us regarding the capabilities and limitations of different groups of people. These are put there by ourselves and society as a whole.

When I first heard about this event I didn't think, "Oh, women entrepreneurs so they'll be discussing why men make them sick, PMS and gossip this and gossip that". I thought, "Oh, a great networking opportunity for entrepreneurs AND there will be strong, motivated and passionate women, BONUS!" Hey, I'm a single guy, I'm just being honest. But seriously, business is business, and we need to stop looking at what divides us and start to focus on what we have in common. I have no way of quantifying the positive effect that being at this great event, that a lot of men may have blew off as a result of not wanting to go to a "girlie event" will bring in the future. But the one thing I can quantify is the amount of pleasure I recieved from hearing and seeing the success of these wonderful women right here in the Valley. So whether woman or man, brown or white, tall or short, know that at the end of the day we're all human just trying to figure it all out.

Best Wishes,

Derek Caffe
Chief Executive Officer
Qurble.com
http://www.Qurble.com

Qurble.com Transformation

Hello once again to all,

Well, it's been just over a week since U Gotta Eat switched over to QURBLE. When I told the restaurants and customers of the name change there is a general consensus of, "What! Huh?" followed by a puzzled look. Everyone ask, "What does it mean?" Well, the fact of the matter is, it doesn't have an official definition. You won't find the definition of QURBLE in any Webster's dictionary but, I'll explain what it means to me.

QURBLE: A online ordering and delivery service that combines the convenience of delivery with the ease of online ordering to allow customers the ability to fit more leisure into their day. Add a dash of fun, reliability and a cup of great customer service and the recipe is complete. Taste good don't it.

I wanted to improve the customer experience dramatically. I wanted to have fun while improving the customer experience too. So QURBLE was a chance for me to build the type of company I always imagined. Since there is no official definition for QURBLE there were no limitations and barriers on the type of company we could or should become. We have the rare chance to redefine the rules of customer service and how the company functions. The name QURBLE simply means: Freedom.

We are still getting everything transferred over as far as shirts, menu guides, flyers, etc but, should be complete within about 2 - 3 weeks. Look out for the ads on a billboard near you. Before I sign off I would like to remind you don't forget to bookmark the homepage for the new web specials we are offering along with new restaurants and features.

Enjoy your life,

Derek Caffe
Chief Executive Officer
Qurble.com
http://www.Qurble.com

Goodbye U Gotta Eat, Hello Qurble.com

Thanks for visiting the blog of Qurble.com,

Well as of May 01, 2009 U Gotta Eat: Restaurant Delivery Service has made the transition over to Qurble.com. As we looked back over the past year in business with everything that has happened with the economy and the world in general we decided that what the world needs now is more fun. Enough with the depressing news articles, we want to enjoy our time on the planet and have loads more fun because life is too short. So out of our need to have more fun and spread it to the world we came up with Qurble.com, our way of giving back to our customers and having a lot more fun while doing it.

Qurble.com is U Gotta Eat amped up time 10,000%. And rather than bore you with some dribble about what we're planning on doing, we'll just show you. We still have some cobwebs and kinks to work out on the new site and all the features are not up yet so please have a little patience and will work it all out for you.
